Soft Spot, Original Whippet Dog Painting
£345.00
Some places are simply made for curling up.
In Soft Spot, a whippet rests peacefully across its owner's lap, completely at ease in the familiar comfort of being close. A gentle hand rests on its back, capturing that quiet, unspoken understanding between a dog and the person it trusts most.
Rich, dusty rose tones and a muted olive-green background give the painting a warm, intimate atmosphere, with expressive brushwork.
Part of the Shape of Trust collection, Soft Spot celebrates the extraordinary closeness found in ordinary moments. A painting about affection, belonging and the particular privilege of being someone's favourite place to rest.
An original artwork full of warmth, character and quiet connection, painted by hand in my UK studio
