Shipping & Returns
All artwork is carefully prepared and packaged from my studio in the UK.
Original artwork and commissions
Each piece is made and finished by hand, so dispatch times will vary depending on the work. You’ll be kept updated throughout the process, and notified as soon as your piece is ready to ship.
Prints
Fine art prints are produced to order and typically dispatched within 3–7 working days.
Orders are shipped using tracked delivery services where possible.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but as a guide:

UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch

International: 5–10 working days after dispatch
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

All artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely.

Works on paper are protected with archival materials and shipped flat or rolled depending on size

Framed pieces are securely wrapped and boxed

Larger works are carefully reinforced for transit

Due to the nature of the work, returns are handled slightly differently depending on the item.

These are created specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or faul
Original artwork & prints
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Orders for prints may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Commission bookings may be cancelled before work has begun. Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, or if there are any issues at all, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will do my best to resolve it.
