Paper Prints

Unframed
Your print arrives flat‑wrapped with an archival backing board and clear sleeve — ideal for buyers who want to frame it themselves or store it safely. It’s polished, protected, and ready for your personal touch. 

Framed (Without Mount)
A beautifully framed print in a sleek, without any extra border — offering a clean, contemporary look. Great when you want it wall‑ready without a visual break between print and frame.

Framed (With Mount) - Originals Only
Your print is bordered with a crisp, acid‑free window mount inside the frame. It provides breathing space around the artwork, enhancing presentation and protecting the edges — a classic gallery aesthetic that elevates the piece.

Canvas Prints

Unstretched / Rolled Canvas
Printed on museum‑quality canvas and delivered rolled in eco‑packaging. Perfect for buyers who wish to stretch it themselves or frame later— lightweight, flexible, and hassle‑free to ship.

Stretched Canvas
Your artwork is beautifully mounted onto 2cm wooden stretcher bars, with hanging brackets and ready to hang straight away. It’s neat, durable, and showcases the artwork with a clean edge—perfect for a minimalist, frameless display.

Floating-Frame Canvas
Elevated, polished, and striking — your stretched canvas is hand‑mounted with a discreet gap inside a floating tray frame. This modern framing option gives your art a contemporary, gallery‑worthy presence. Available in Black or White brushed wood grain finish. Comes with fixings for easy hanging. 

Estimated Dispatch Time
Please allow 7–10 working days for production and dispatch, especially for framed orders, which are made to order.

Courier and Tracking Info
All shipments are tracked and insured via the Courier, with tracking details emailed upon dispatch.

Signature on Delivery
A signature may be required on delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

Sustainability/Packaging Note
We use recyclable, eco-conscious packaging wherever possible to protect both your artwork and the planet.

International Shipping Note
International customers: please note that customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Each piece is made to order or entirely one-of-a-kind, so please take care when selecting your artwork.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including photographs of the damage and packaging, so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Please note:

• We cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
• Original artworks and fine art prints are handled with care and packed securely for transit — but in the rare case of a delivery issue, we will work with you to put it right.
• If an item is approved for return, it must be sent back in its original packaging, with tracked shipping.
